PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.103 of 2012 in O.S.No.146 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichy dated 27.03.2013 and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners, though has made initial submission, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents seeks a direction of this Court for early disposal of the suit, since the suit is of the year 2011.

3. Considering the long pendency of the suit, this Court deems it appropriate to give a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
