PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 151 of CPC praying to pass appropriate orders by directing the respondents to produce the original deposit receipt (in the respect of Account No. 6830276970 stands in the name of A.S. (MD) No. 177 of 2019 and lying with the Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madruai) to the Branch Manager, Indian Bank High Court Branch, Madurai , so as to enable the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the deposited amounts as per the orders of this Court dated 28.11.2019 made in CMP (MD) No. 9062 of 2019.
