RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner, in the bail order, granted to the Petitioner on 25/09/2020 in CRL OP (MD) No.10371/2020 which was further modified on 24/11/2020 in CRL MP(MD)No. 5746/2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.5746 of 2020 IN CRL OP(MD) No.10371 of 2020: To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, in the Bail Order, granted to the petitioner on 25/09/2020 in Crl.OP(MD) No.10371 of 2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.PARVEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5746 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10371 of 2020 on 24.11.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.206 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.7 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, and the case is posted on 29.03.2021.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.5746 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10371 of 2020 on 24.11.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, on 29.03.2021 and on all hearing dates.
