Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to allow this Petition by directing to dispose of the HMOP No.140 of 2019 which is pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Tiruchirapalli within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day in the caption "For Extension of Time", and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 16.02.2021, and a Letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.704, dated 06.09.2021 upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V.Nirmal Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: The learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, submitted a letter, dated 06.09.2021, seeking for extension of further six months time to dispose of the petition in C.R.P(MD)No.19 of 2021, dated 16.02.2021, stating that already the petitioner side evidence closed and the case was adjourned to 09.09.2021 for respondent side evidence.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, in his letter dated 06.09.2021, time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.02.2021 in C.R.P.(MD) No.19 of 2021 to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is extended by three months from today and no further extension of time will be granted in future.
