The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in E.P.No.215 of 2008 in O.S.No.1004 of 1999 on the file of 1st Additional District Munsif, Trichy, dated 02.01.2012.

2. The revision petitioner has initiated execution proceedings in E.P.No.215 of 2008, to arrest the respondent for violating the decree and now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent is no more.
