Today when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation for both the petitioner and the respondents.

2. When this case was taken up for hearing on 14.08.2018, it is seen from the records that the sole petitioner, namely, Kithir Mohammed died on 14.04.2018. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo to the effect. The said Memo is recorded. So far steps have not been taken to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as abated as against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
