ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry without follow the due process of law.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner is the son of the third respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, current paper was registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed as civil suit is pending between the parties.
