The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.12.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.12.2025 and conclude the proceedings, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
