5.The Secretary A.V.Higher Secondary School ....Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to grant annual increment w.e.f. 2019 and salary in the cadre of P.G.Assistant (History) w.e.f. 25.06.2021 and pay arrears arising thereon by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a P.G.Assistant (History) working in the fifth respondent aided School seeking a mandamus as against the third respondent to sanction annual increment with effect from 2019 and pay salary with effect from 25.06.2021 and arrears arising thereon based upon his

representation dated 20.02.2023.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 on instruction submits that the fourth respondent herein has addressed a communication to the fifth respondent on 13.08.2024 directing the school management to send a proposal for granting all monetary benefits to the writ petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent also submits that they have received such a communication from the fourth respondent. 4.In view of the above said facts, the fifth respondent management is directed to forward the proposal to the fourth respondent herein for conferring eligible monetary benefits upon the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to pass appropriate order within further four weeks thereafter.

5.With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
