ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation dated 29.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner with the second respondent was registered as Current Petition No.01/G/E1PS/2020, dated 06.01.2021 and it is pending for enquiry.

3.Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.237 of 2021 dispose of the representation dated 29.12.2020, submitted by the petitioner, after affording reasonable opportunity to the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
