ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent police to provide the petitioner with adequate police protection.

2. The petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional civil Court. Therefore, the question of granting police protection in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., does not arise. All the other remedies and rights of the petitioner are left open.
