ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.105 of 2022, dated 10.10.2022 on the file of the second respondent under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.105 of 2022, on 10.10.2022 for the offence under Sections 279 and 379 IPC; that subsequently, the case was altered into Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC and that the investigation is pending. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.105 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
