ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused 1, 3 and 4, in Crime No.263 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 109 IPC and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the defacto complainant and the petitioners 2 and 3 abetted for the act of the first petitioner and on the complaint, the case has been registered for the aforesaid offences. 3.
The case of the petitioners is that the daughter of the defacto complainant by name Keerthana is a major and she voluntarily came out from her house and married the first petitioner and the marriage was registered on 22.05.2015 and the petitioners innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the victim is secured and she is in custody of her parents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the victim girl is secured, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police as daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
