To call for the records pertaining to the order dated 03.10.2016 in I.A.No.264 of 2016, in O.S.No.394 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Lalgudi and set aside the same. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.M.MANIVEL PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. There is an inordinate delay of 138 days in representing the revision and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid.
