To withdrawing the petition for restitution of conjugal rights in HMOP. No.310 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sub court, Pudukkottai and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai to be heard along with the divorce petition in HMOP. No.729/2019.
