Civil Revision Petition filed under section 115 of Cr.P.C., praying to allow this Civil Revision Petition setting aside the fair order and decreetal order in I.A.No.1116/2016 in O.S.No.82/2011 dated 04.02.2017 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.THIRAVIAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
