PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR10092 of 2017:- To set aside the fair order and decreetal order of Learned Rent Control Appellate Authority/ Sub-Court, Pudukottai rendered in R.C.A.No.5 of 2014 on 10.11.2016 confirming the order of Learned Rent Controller, District Munsif Court, Pudukottai in R.C.O.P.No.18 of 2009 dated 04.10.2013 in pursuance of order passed in I.A.No.17 of 2016 on 10.11.2016.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 201 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/(Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. sd/- 06/12/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
