ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for ''Extension of time'' and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 15/10/2019, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District 2/4

Munsif,Pudukkottai, Forward by Principal District Judge ,Pudukkottai vide in letter D.No.2571/2023 dated 03/06/2023, this Court made the following order: As per the order passed by this Court dated.15.10.2019, the District Munsif, Pudukkottai, was directed to dispose of O.S.No.513 of 2004 within a period four months.

2.Thereafter, on the request of the District Munsif, Pudukkottai, this Court has extended the time by another three months by order dated.25.07.2022.

3. Again on the request of the District Munsif, Pudukkottai, this Court has extended the time by further three months by order dated.31.10.2022. 4.Even now, the District Munsif, Pudukkottai, requested to extend the time limit.

5.Three months time is extended finally for disposing the suit, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
