ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.J.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 149 days in filing the above said appeal. 2.The petitioner/Insurance company is very much disputing the liability of the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.815 of 2014 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Dindigul dated 13.04.2018.
3.Now the petitioner apprehends that drastic steps have been taken by the claimants by way of issuing warrant for attaching the property.

support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the credit of Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, today itself.
