ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings dated 12.08.2008, wherein, a working arrangement order has been passed on certain administrative grounds.

2.Perusal of the impugned order reveals that, certain employees are posted on working arrangement basis. However, their service conditions are protected and the salary is also protected. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent brought to the notice of this Court that, the writ petitioner is already posted as an Assistant in Cumbum Municipality.

4.This being the factor, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition deserves no further consideration. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
