ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.48 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 17.05.3015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and hence, seeks bail.
2. According to the de-facto complainant, on 17.05.2015, at 12.00 p.m., the accused trespassed into his house and by force taken away his daughter.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the daughter of the de-facto complainant and the petitioner fell in love with each other, which was not liked by her parents and therefore, a false complaint was given against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the ingredients of Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, would not attract in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that due to love affair, the petitioner attempted to kidnap the daughter of the de-facto complainant.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
