This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet filed in Spl.C.C.No.336 of 2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the filing of the final report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli, trial was conducted in Spl.C.C.No.336 of 2019 and the petitioner was acquitted of all the charges by the judgment dated 08.01.2024.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
