PRAYER in W.P(MD)No.13529 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings made in R.No.65763/E2/S2/09-2, dated22.09.2009 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and direct the second respondent to promote the Petitioners as Entomological Assistants as per the Seniority List maintained by the second respondent, dated 31.1.2007.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners have also made endorsements to that effect.

2.In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
