ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.89 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused had demanded partition of the property from his grand-mother, which was not acceded. Therefore, on 29.03.2015, he attacked the deceased with knife and caused her death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the death of the petitioner's father, he was brought up her grandmother/deceased. He further submitted that the deceased was often telling, the petitioner is an unlucky fellow, which irritated the petitioner. He further submitted that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the deceased is the grand-mother of the petitioner, who is a senior citizen aged about 80 years and due to property dispute, the petitioner stabbed the deceased with knife. He would further submit that the major part of the investigation is over. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice ie., at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
