ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to accord Police protection to the petitioner to construct compound wall at survey number 23/22 situated at Vilar Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District based on the order of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur in Crl.R.P.No.2 of 2014 dated 21.08.2015 and considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 6 to 8 would submit that suits in O.S.Nos.506 to 511 of 2013 are pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Thanjavur. 2/4

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thanjauvr has given a finding that the petitioner was in possession of the property. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
