This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Court praying this Court to direct the respondents police not to harass and not to interfere in the personal liberty of the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that no complaint in respect of the Petitioner is pending before the respondents and no such harassment is made on the part of the respondents Police.
