O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the 2nd respondent police, petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ harassment by the respondents police and thereby did not interfere in civil dispute of the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
