ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent police to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and the inhabitants of her present residence under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that originally FIR came to be registered in Crime No.2334 of 2022 on 09.12.2022 as woman missing; that the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., was recorded from the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and that therefore, the Inspector of Police, S.S. Colony Police has filed the final report as action dropped and RCS Notice was served on the defacto complainant. He would further submit that except the above closure of the complaint, no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
