ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Court praying this Court to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner till the disposal of the civil dispute in O.S.No.191 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court is finally disposed off and not to interfere in civil disputes in respect of the petitioner's rented residence and also issue further directions to the respondent as this Court deems fit and necessary in the circumstances of the petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that no complaint in respect of the Petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pending before the respondents and no such harassment is made on the part of the respondents Police.

3.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
