Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that chargesheet was filed on 24.08.2021 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.41 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti. 3.On the representation of the learned Government Advocate, the crime number and details of chargesheet were verified with the online status of the case. In view of the above, it is decided that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
