To set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 25.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.97 of 2016 in A.S.No.44 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Devakottai and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.VEILKANIRAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and M/s.S.GANGAI, Advocate for the Respondents and the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 157 days in representing the revision and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
