PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the proceedings of the impugned order in Proc No.1306/A3/2021, dated 23.12.2021 passed by the 2nd respondent and relieving order dated 28.12.2021 in Ref No. 1/4

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer from Alangulam Cement Works to Stoneware Pipe Factory, Virudhachalam. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the second and third respondent submits that the petitioner has been removed from service in July 2024. Since he is no longer in service, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
