ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C directing the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between him and the third respondent. 2.According to the petitioner, a suit in O.S.No.6 of 2007 was filed by the third respondent. The petitioner has filed second appeal in S.A(MD).No.269 of 2019 before this Court and the same is pending. He would also contend that the second respondent police is harassing him by interfering with the civil dispute. 3.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and admitted that the civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. His further contention is that 145 proceedings are pending in No.m1-Cr.P.C/145/01/2020 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thoothukudi District.
