ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to initiate expeditious steps to secure the accused by opening "Look Out Circular"and further direct them to issue "Red Corner Notice"as against the accused Stephen S/o.Jesuraj involved in a case registered as an F.I.R in Crime No.2 of 2015 pending on the file of the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police within a time stipu as prescribed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, it is not in dispute that the case in Crime No.2 of 2015 is pending. Hence, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate steps and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
