(MD)No.9648 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9648 of 2020, dated 18.09.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.170 of 2021 shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., and appear before the committal Court on all hearing dates until further orders.
