This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.04.2015 in C.S.R.No.95 of 2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that petition enquiry is pending. 4.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
