ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent police to protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and the inhabitants of her present residence forthwith by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that originally FIR came to be registered in Crime No.2334 of 2022 on 09.12.2022 as woman missing; that the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., was recorded from the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and that thereafter, the Inspector of Police, S.S.Colony Police, has filed the final report as action dropped and RCS Notice was served on the defacto complainant. He would further submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 21.12.2022, is pending before the respondent Police. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.12.2022, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
