2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the Execution Petition in E.P.No.23 of 2012 was dismissed as not pressed on 03.12.2018 and hence, matters had become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
