O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the both respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners as well as the family members of the second petitioner on the basis of his representation to the both respondents dated 18.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioners are the husband and wife and they entered into a wedlock out of their love, which was opposed by the first petitioner's family.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are residing at present with the second petitioner's family and there is a life threat from the family of the first petitioner.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the second respondent to give adequate police protection as and when required the petitioners, especially when the case has already been registered on the earlier complaint given by them.
