ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.20258 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20258 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly forty two days.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20258 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
