ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
