2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)would submit that the investigation is almost over and awaiting a report from the Forensic Department. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the criminal original petition is closed. However, the first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
