3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 114 days in representing Crl.R.C.(MD)SR.No.384 of 2026.

3. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 114 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
