The matter pertains to the challenge made in the notice issued for the initiation of surcharge proceedings. The petitioner was directed to give his reply and work out his remedy. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the order, dated 24.02.2012 passed in W.A.(MD) No.138 of 2012.

2. In view of the above, this review application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
