ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2015 in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3,When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.221 of 2015.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Sd/- 09/06/2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This matter has been listed today ie 25/6/2015 under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The above Crl.O.P(MD)No.10141 of 2015 was dismissed on 09.06.2015, based on the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that a case has been registered in Crime No.221 of 2015, but when the matter is taken up today, under the caption "for being mentioned", the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the said submission, this Court passes the following order.

"In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that petition enquiry is pending, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of."
