ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents to secure the accused persons in crime No.14 of 2025 pending on the file of the second respondent police and to file a final report, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prime accused Sivashankar has been arrested and remanded in crime No.22 of 2025 on the file of Tiruppur City CCB Police Station.

3. Responding to the said submission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) Mr.M.Shakthi Kumar on instructions submitted that the concerned investigation officer will take immediate steps to obtain a P.T. warrant from the jurisdictional Court and execute the same.

4. Recording the said submission, the respondent police is directed to take necessary steps to obtain P.T. warrant in this case and execute the same forthwith.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
