Respondents/Appellants/ Defendants Prayer:- This Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the decree and judgment made in A.S.No.48 of 2008 dated 27/08/2009 on the file of District Judge Court at Nagercoil reversing the decreeand judgment made in O.S.No.99 of 2006 dated 31/01/2008 on the file of Subordinate Judge Court at Padmanabhapuram.

ORDER:- This Second Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption " for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 18/04/2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari, vide letter in D.No.7477/2022, dated 04/08/2022, this court made the following order:

This Court, by judgment dated 18.04.2022, allowed the appeal, set aside the impugned judgment and decree dated 27.08.2009 in A.S.No.48 of 2008 on the file of the District Court, Nagercoil and remanded the matter back to the first appellate Court with a direction to dispose of the appeal within a time frame.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoi, has addressed a letter dated 04.08.2022, seeking extension of two months time to dispose of the appeal.

3. In view of the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, this Court is inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, it is extended by two months from today.
