The issue that is involved in this review application may not survive at this length of time, since the petitioner would have already undergone punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of one year without cumulative effect. That apart, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the order, dated 02.07.2012 passed in W.A.(MD) No.541 of 2011.

2. Accordingly, this review application stands dismissed. No costs.
