Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner moved this Court seeking issuance of the tender schedule. Now it is stated that the tender process itself has been cancelled. The respondents propose to issue fresh tender notification.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
