Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint qualified technologist as Professor /Associate Professor/Lecturers in the appropriate subject as provided in the University Grants Commission norms for conducting B.Sc. Radiology and Imaging Technology Paramedical Courses in the colleges affiliated to the 3rd respondent as it is being specified for the other Paramedical courses by considering the petitioner s representation dated 10.07.2014 and pass such further or other orders.
